Our coffee is organic arabico from Chiapas, harvested in the community of Pocolum, where the coffee trees are watered by natural springs under the same natural shade of the trees and cared for by families with a coffee vocation.

The coffee is processed on site until the green bean is obtained and then it is transported to Mérida where we roast it with the experience of more than 10 years developing the best profile to extract its potential, preserving its essential oils and sugars.

The blend includes varieties of arabica such as maragogype to give the body, flavor and aroma of a specialty category coffee.
